Q1: How do I register as member?

To create an account, please follow these steps:

i. Open the link: https://www.belijeh.com/account/register

ii. Fill in the required information, including your first name, last name, date of birth, email, and password.

iii. Select your gender.

iv. Click on the "Create" button.


Q2: I forgot my password, what should I do?

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

i. Open the link: https://www.belijeh.com/account/login

ii. Click on "Forgot your password?".

iii. Fill in your registered email address and click "Submit".

iv. Check your email inbox and click for "Reset your password"


Q3: How do I change my personal details?

i. After logging in, click on "My Account" located in the top right corner.

ii. Under "Account Details", click on "Edit".

iii. You can then modify any basic information, including your name, gender, date of birth, email, phone number, address, or reset your password.


➤ Order


Q1: How do I buy from BeliJeh's online store?

You can easily place an order using our online platform.

i. Find the product(s) you need and click on "Add to Cart"

ii. To review your cart, click on "View Cart" You can still adjust the quantities of the items or remove any unwanted products.

iii. Once you confirmed all the items, click on "Check Out".

iv. If you have a discount code, click on "Voucher", key in the discount code and click on "Apply".

v. Fill in your contact information and shipping details.

vi. Choose the Shipping Method that is available for your shipping area.

vii. Click on "Place Order Now" to proceed to the secure payment page and complete your purchase.


Q2: How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification containing your order number and receipt with email subject "Your payment is successful with Belijeh"


Q3: Does adding an item to my Cart mean that I've already reserved it?

No, adding an item to your Shopping Cart allows you to continue shopping only. If the stock has run out, you will not be able to proceed with order check out and make payment.


Q4: How do I remove an item from my Cart?

Simply click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner, then click on the "rubbish bin" icon next to the "Quantity" section of the item that you wish to be deleted.


Q5: How do I get a copy of my invoice?

The e-invoice with title "Invoice #your order number" will be automatically sent to your email once your payment was successful. 


Q6: Can I cancel my order after completed purchase?

You are allowed to cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. However, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. Nevertheless, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order with a valid reason. For more information, please refer to our return & refund policy

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately and provide your order number.


Q7: Can I change my delivery address after completed purchase?

Before that, you are required to cancel the order first. For instructions on order cancellation, please refer to the answer in Q6.


Q8: I forgot to apply voucher, can you apply it for my order?

Unfortunately, the discount code or credit are no longer possible to be changed or applied after successful order checkout.

Q1: Which payment methods does BeliJeh accept?

We integrated Revenue Monster as our secure payment gateway. We accept payments through the following methods:

i. E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go, Boost, Shopee Pay, Grab Pay, Alipay, PrestoPay, BI Pay, WeChat Pay.

ii. Online banking for Malaysian banks.

*Note: our accepted payment methods may be subject to change or updates from time to time. Kindly check the available payment methods during the checkout process for the most up-to-date information.


➤ Delivery


Q1: Can I select courier service company for delivery?

Yes, you have the flexibility to choose the available courier service company based on your location. We support various courier service providers including PGEON, J&T, Flash Express, DHL, PosLaju, and Skynet.

*Note: each courier service has its own shipping rates, which may differ based on their respective charges.

*There are 3 types of PGEON courier services available: PGEON Prime, PGEON Delivery, and PGEON Paperless. We recommend that you choose PGEON Prime as your option.


Q2: How much of the shipping fee?

The shipping fee depends on several factors, including the total size and weight of the parcel, as well as the delivery address. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated when you fill in your shipping details on the checkout page.

Among the available courier services, PGEON Prime typically offers the most affordable rates, while SkyNet is generally the most expensive. 

*Note: the delivery speed may vary among different courier services.


Q3: When will my order be delivered?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Once the orders are handed over to the courier services, it usually takes from 2 to 5 working days for West Malaysia and 7 to 14 working days for East Malaysia, depending on the courier service company.

Note: unforeseen circumstances such as incorrect delivery addresses, customers being unavailable to accept delivery, and natural disasters may cause delays in the delivery process. 


Q4: How can I track my order?

After your order has been arranged from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with title "Order Fulfillment". This email will contain your tracking number and you can click "track your order" to get know on the status of the shipment.
